I havent worked out in a very long time, I miss it and now that I am going back to Vegan and starting Crunchy I NEED to get back on the Exercise bandwagon.

What I loved about being a Beachbody Coach was exercising and how it made me feel and I want to feel that way again.

But I dont want to be a Coach again but I will eventually start doing the programs and buying Shakeology again though.

Right now I feel like a blob and all my fat seems to be in my stomach/belly area. I am though partially bloated though because of soda, dairy and processed foods though. Last I weighed myself before we moved was 164lbs and I have no idea where the scale is right now because we are still unpacking.

30fullbodychallenge So the plan to get back into the swing of things is beginning this workout (on the right) and reviving my exercise group.

After moving I thought I would get out of my slump, I have a little but not completely.

Later I will update my progress in all areas. I was thinking of tracking my progress on Instagram but not sure yet. Anyway challenge starts today in my fitness group if anyone wants to join 😀
