My first Clean Eating recipe (Bubble and Squeak)…What is Cleaning Eating?
First let me explain, I learned about “Clean Eating” when I joined Beach Body as a Coach. I started learning about how it is better to eat healthier from other coaches, in order to lose weight easier and be overall healthy. The word Cleaning Eating, came up a few times, so I finally asked and was pointed to The Gracious Pantry. So I went there, learned that it is non-processed food, most whole ingredients, nothing that is not considered natural. For example – Peanut Butter and Jelly. For the peanut butter, you would use only natural peanut butter with only peanuts as the ingredient, homemade jam that you make yourself or you buy. Bread that is either whole wheat, made with real whole grain and no refined sugar or other ingredients.
My first clean recipe I made because I loved the name, its called Bubble and Squeak! LOL! It contains cabbage, onion, potato, olive oil and salt/pepper to taste. I also added boneless and skinless chicken & corn. It was absolutely delicious! My next one I want to try is a Clean Eating No Sugar Challenge recipe! : D

Beach Body Brazil Butt Lift Workout
So today, I started my first workout with BB and let me tell you it was intense! My daughter worked out with me and my chihuahua Sheesha kept trying to lick our faces while we were working out LOL!
I currently weigh 150lbs, my goal is at least 125lbs or 130lbs. I chose BBL because I have a flat booty and I am interested in fixing my mid-section and having a rounder booty. I am also a rep for the company. There products are extraordinary and everyone I know knows one or programs from BB. So I thought it was a good choice. My Plan is to work out 5 days a week (Sunday through Thursday) and drink Shakeology at least 5 days as well. Shakeology
So I got my Beach Body kit this weekend. Shakeology, Brazil Butt Lift workout, a t-shirt, and P90X meal replacement/snack bars. The past two days, I tried my Shakeology (I start my workout on Sunday and will blog about it
So anyway, Thursday I got the stuff and naturally decide to try the Chocolate…and I remember reading “oh it even tastes good with water!” and I thought PERFECT! I will try it with water, so I did and I could not stomach it, but manage to at least 75% of the 10 oz shaker cup I am using (it calls for 8 oz but I wanted to make sure I had enough) So I was frustrated and paranoid. I was like, I need to drink this stuff? How am I going to do it?
Decided the next day to try the Greenberry with whole milk, so I did and shook it up (and getting it all over my new shirt!) and it was actually great and finished it all! I was so relieved! I also wanted to report that I was not even hungry around lunch time! I took at around 9:30 pm and my lunch was around 1:15 pm! : D
So my point is this is a REAL SUPERFOOD and MEAL REPLACEMENT shake! Best to take for breakfast. So if you are interested, it has more than 70 HEALTHY Ingredients. CHECK IT OUT SHAKEOLOGY
