Okay, I will be the first to admit, I am a Facebook whore. LOL! Now, of course I was on MySpace before FB came a long and I played around with it a little bit but I truly am a Facebook addict LOL! People joke that if I don’t post for a certain time on FB that maybe something happened to me lol!

I heard for weeks that FB was going to be open, just yesterday I heard it was going to open around $38 a share. I plan on purchasing a share, if one or more around tax refund time.

I know he is going to do so well with this stock. I mean, FB is so popular, he even has a movie about how he started FB, which I still need to watch. I have family, friends and I network on Facebook. I get the majority of my blog traffic from FB, have groups and in groups, Fanpages etc. I try to optimize my Facebook as much as I can.

I also went to the new FB timeline early on, at first I wasn’t happy with it and now I prefer it and wish that they would make everyone switch over.

Anyway if you are on not on the Facebook bandwagon, get on it

When I used to work full time I tried to drink as much water as I could but because my body wasn’t used to it, I had many bathroom breaks, which was unacceptable at my job. See we ha 2 15 min breaks, 1 half hour lunch and 4 minute unscheduled break. When you are taking customer service calls all day you tend to get thirsty and if I went over all those breaks that I had, I would get into trouble or a packet. I thought ridiculous, you can’t control your bladder. So I slowed my water intake down.

See I grew up with Kool aid and Dr. Pepper and I have been bffs forever, so its kind of hard to quit cold turkey and move just straight water, (and don’t forge the heartburn). Although I have a couple of times (cold turkey).

When I lived in Mexico, you could not drink the water. A truck would come around to refill your water. I think you could drink it if you boiled it though? I cannot remember? So all the cooking and drinking was done from that huge water jug like they have here.

Water does in fact cure. It literally detoxifies your body aside from eating clean, cures dehydration and turns your pee clear lol! Great for hangovers lol . Keep in mind it also wakes you up and moisturizes your insides as well as your outsides. It also helps you lose weight by flushing the crap out, healthier skin, be alert etc…

Just keep in mind more than 64 ounces a day is fine but you can get sick from drinking too much water as well.

Flavored water is good but they put sugar in everything now nowadays INCLUDING water. Crazy huh? I am picky about my water. There is only 3-4 waters I like. One is Arrowhead, the one out of my refrigerator, the one from friends house and this other brand of water that I cannot think of the name.

I think I might start an accountability to make sure I am getting my daily water intake.

DRINK UP!

The music I mostly remember from her is “She works hard for the Money”, “Last Dance”, “Love to Love You Baby”, “On the Radio” and “Bad Girls”. I think the song I most relate and remember the most is “She works hard for the Money”. Which I think was done in the 80s.

I was looking at her pictures and videos and noticed she had the brightest smile ever. You don’t see many people who have a smile that can light up a room and she could.

I was also reading about her on Wiki and saw that she was on the spiritual instinctive side when it comes to life. For example, she stated that she had a feeling that 911 was going to happen. I thought that was amazing.

I saw a little bit of myself in her considering I hadn’t really been paying attention to her really all that much.

We will miss you

So my friend recommended Tazo Chai Tea concentrate. I ended up getting the organic kind since I think that is all Walmart had. She also suggested I use maybe a quarter chai and the rest milk. The concentrate is 32 fluid ounces and all you do is add milk.

So I bought and made some last night because I like having warm drinks at night to relax and it was really damn good! : D Normally I would have regular hot tea with sugar and milk, so this is a better option.

The ingredients are: a rich blend of flavorful teas, cinnamon, ginger, vanilla, cardamom.

Whats funny about this is I have a Tai Chi workout so I keep getting the name mixed up with that since this is called Chai Tea lol!

Anyway I was so happy to find out Madonna finally came out with a perfume! : D Madonnas Truth or Dare Perfume. I was so lucky to get it for my 30th Birthday this year from both my sisters lol!

The perfume is just fabulous! Its hard for me to describe the smell but it has unique blend of narcotic florals, balanced with addictive woods and vanilla. I got the perfume from both my sisters, the bag that I now use, shower gel and body lotion. I LOVE it!

Madonna is so talented to come out with a perfume that is so universal to most people.

My MOM got me into this…remember I declared never eat McD’s again unless it was the coffee or ice cream : p . Well, I forgot I had a thing for their baked pies and when my mom came back from break from work, she introduced me to these little demons and now I like to get one every other day or so…they have strawberry jam of some sort and I think cream cheese. Thank goodness they are only seasonal. : p
